My first Toy Related Review!
The Marvel Universe set of 8 was released here in Manila last June 23.
It contains the following figures

This event was my First MU set distribution experience. Really nice to hangout with other collectors. (It was not nice to be in the presence of scalpers.) Bro Bearako of Bearako's Corner sorta accompanied me through the event Go check his blog out for cool stuff!
I cant do Real reviews on Most of the figures because they are owned by a friend(we split a set)

Anyway On to the insights!
WAVE 18 Stuff:
Hulk is the same mold of the Avengers Movie boxset #2
Differences? This might be on a case to case basis as my boxset hulk has a smaller pair of eyes(good)
the single carded one had Huge eyes in my opinion(He looks shocked int he single carded version).
Besides that, skin color and mold is the same.
Beta Ray Bill is a New Figure.
He utilizes the Warpath mold.Cape and shoulderpads are ONE piece and is removable.
Jaw articulation Weird placement but it still works. No ankle rockers :(
Ultimate Spiderman
Same old same old Spidey still lacks major articulation.
Uses the Bucky/Patriot body mold
New Headsculpt (Embossed eyes)
No neck hinge and ankle rockers. Damnit Hasbro!
SPIDERMAN NEEDS HIS WEBSHOOTING HAND AND ANKLE ROCKERS AND HINGED WRISTS.

WAVE 19:
Baghead Spiderman
Utilizes the Jim Lee Cyclops Body Sculpt
Baghead HAS a Headsculpt inside
Still a mystery as I am keeping this MOC
That is from David "THE MAN" Vonner
Im Guessing it has a unique headsculpt.
If i get another one ill do a review.

Prof X is a Gi Joe Figure
Less articulation (single knee joint)
Suit is removable,Hoverchair is great! Reddish wash and great sculpt
Blastaar uses the Juggernaut Mold
I love the Headsculpt and the weight of this figure
Variant has yellow eyes and translucent arms
Iam really tempted to get the Variant. But im gonna hold on to my NO VILLAINS VOW
Jubilee Uses the NEW female body mold (ANKLE ROCKERS!)
articulation is similar to Jim Lee Cykes and i LOVE the card art

If you see one PLEASE spare yourself. She might be re-released with better eyes.
They still include the Collectible Comic Shit Shot no one really cares about!
