My Professor X review

As soon as a saw an image of Professor X online from SDCC last year, I placed him on my priority list.
Come on its Prof X! I grew Up watching the Xmen animated series on channel 2. Hence my slight bias towards the Jim Lee Versions of my MU xmen.

To The FIGURE REVIEW!
Professor Xavier uses a Gi Joe Mold. Iam not that familiar with Joes since i dont have one but, I think its common knowledge that Gi Joes have screws especially on the legs. The figure does have less articulation than most MU figures so that affects his height by a little.
His hand was cast in blue plastic then painted flesh
The Hoverchair is nice! It was packaged in to separate pieces. Some assembly required.
Nice details on the side. Nice Reddish wash too! Some might say it looks a tad bit like rust but its just ok for me. It makes the hoverchair interesting. If it was just painted gold it wouldve been a bit bland
Articulation is OK but it works for me
Ball jointed neck
Torso articulation
Ball hinge shoulders
Swivel hinge elbow
Wrist rotation
Ball jointed hips
Single joint at the knee
Foot moves up and down
Suit can be removed
You cant do much with him but he has the right amount of articulation to do the regular Prof X poses
He can stand up on his own quite well.
Professor badass!
one thing i really like about collecting Marvel Universe figures is building groups(Avengers and Xmen).
With that i also unknowingly build the small sub groups(Defenders,F4) Now with Professor X iam one step closer to completing Marvel's Illuminati!

If this kind of articulation came with like spiderman, Ill gladly pass.
No issues overall besides the articulation which i can live with. Paint apps are perfect. Card art is really nice

- Scalpers will go crazy for this figure. Prices will be crazy too
